Fax stays separate.
vFax is not a button inside the phone system. It has its own number and its own web portal. Inbound shows up as a PDF in email. Sending is as simple as attaching a PDF. That keeps it easy for the office, and it keeps the phone bill honest.

No. VoiceXSI is a complete SaaS cloud voice system. Auto attendant changes, a professional greeting, on-hold music with your message — we take care of it. Anything else on the system, too.
When is unlimited the lower bill?OpenClose
From 6 user seats. Five at $34.99 is $174.95. Six is $209.94, so $199 is less. That rate includes 8. Each user past 8 is $29.99. A phone that is not a person does not count.
What counts as a user?OpenClose
A person. A break-room phone, a door phone, or another throwaway extension is not a user seat, and it does not count against the 8.
Can we keep our desk phones?OpenClose
We sell Snom and Yealink. If your current VoIP provider uses those models, we can probably bring them onto VoiceXSI instead of buying a new set.
Is fax part of the phone system?OpenClose
No. vFax is separate, $24.99 a month per number. You log into a web portal. Inbound arrives as a PDF in email. Sending is as simple as attaching a PDF.
Can we bring our current numbers?OpenClose
Yes. We port the phone numbers you already publish, and fax numbers too. Callers keep dialing the same number.
What does another phone number cost?OpenClose
$14.99 a month for an additional direct dial. You don't need one. The main number covers the company unless an extension or a teammate should have a number of their own. A vFax number is separate, $24.99, and that number can be ported too.
